#MindYourSelfie sees us sharing photographs and offering free tools to promote positive mental health for everyone in the community, and especially young people.

What do you do to #MindYourSelfie?

Every year on #MindYourSelfie Day, we want as many people as possible to see and use the #MindYourSelfie hashtag to raise awareness about the importance of looking after our mental health.

The day also marks the launch of a new wellbeing support, which, over the years, has included everything from Wellness Journals and mindfulness colouring sheets to eBooks and classroom film guides.

#MindYourSelfie Day came back for 2022, taking place on Wednesday, 11 May! 

So many of us know and feel how being outdoors and spending time in nature benefits our mental health. At the same time, more and more of us are feeling worried about the impact of climate change and human activity on the natural world. It's more important than ever that we connect with nature - not only to boost our mental health and wellbeing, but to empower us to take positive climate action. 

This #MindYourSelfie Day, we explored and celebrated how we can take care of nature as it takes care of us.

We invited you to take pictures, videos or any kind of content you like to show us your favourite place in nature that lifts your spirits and boosts your mood. 

We also released a brand new nature workbook for secondary schools, designed especially with environmental and biodiversity organisations, which looks at the links between nature and mental health at different times of the year.
