What do you do to #MindYourSelfie?

#MindYourSelfie is our flagship social media campaign, sharing photographs and offering free resources, all to promote positive mental health for young people.

What do you do to #MindYourSelfie?

Every year, we host a #MindYourSelfie Day to promote our brand new, online resources, which, over the years, have included everything from Wellness Journals and mindfulness colouring sheets to eBooks and classroom film guides.

To celebrate the launch of these new materials, on #MindYourSelfie Day, we invite the public to post a selfie with the hashtag #MindYourSelfie to their social media profiles, telling us what they do to 'mind your selfie'. We want as many people as possible to see and use the hashtag to raise awareness about the importance of looking after our mental health and to share the new resources.

We've had amazing support for #MindYourSelfie Day since our first year in 2016, with everyone from our Ambassadors, U2's Adam Clayton, Bláthnaid Treacy, and Alison Canavan, to celebrities like Hozier, Kodaline's Steve Garrigan, Eoghan McDermott and Dáithí Ó'Sé taking part.

The next #MindYourSelfie Day takes place in April 2020 - stay tuned for updates!
