Why positive self-talk matters

Why positive self-talk matters

These posters are designed to spark small but meaningful shifts; helping students to pause, reframe negative thoughts and practise kinder inner dialogue.Displayed in classrooms, corridors or wellbeing spaces, they act as visible reminders that words matter - especially the ones we say to ourselves.

We hope these posters will be displayed in schools all across the country  - from primary and post-primary schools throughout Ireland - supporting students in every learning environment.

Our WIMS Campaign Manager, Amanda McArdle, says: “Schools play a vital role in shaping not only academic success, but wellbeing. These posters are designed to be simple, accessible tools that help make conversations about mental health part of everyday learning.”
