WIMS Live is an exciting online programme of wellbeing events, activities and curated content to celebrate World Mental Health Day.

Putting the spotlight on mental health

WIMS Live aims to bring people together and shine a light on the things we can all do to look after ourselves and each other.

Putting the spotlight on mental health

We’ve lined up some of Ireland’s top mental health experts, wellbeing ambassadors, and lots of special guests to explore a wide range of mental health and lifestyle topics over four themed weeks this September and October.

From live webinars and online wellbeing sessions to podcasts and Instagram takeovers, join us as we come together to make our wellness a priority and end the stigma around mental health. You can see all that's coming up here.

Whether you’re at home, at work, in the classroom, we have something just for you.

  • Your Wellbeing | 27 September – 3 October
  • Wellbeing in the Classroom | 4 – 10 October
  • Family Wellbeing | 11 – 17 October
  • Wellbeing in the Community | 18 – 24 October.

WIMS Live is all about learning more about our mental health and how we can support people; talking about how we can face current issues that weigh on our minds; and renewing ourselves after what has been another very challenging year. We’ll be making sure each day is filled with the feel-good factor: don't forget to use the #wimslive hashtag on social media to take part in the conversation.
