The impact of coronavirus has led to an especially challenging and stressful time for teachers and school staff. Our free webinar will focus on stress management and self-care supports in light of these challenging times.

Two clinicians from St Patrick’s Mental Health Services (SPMHS) will present on how teachers and school staff can practice self-care and explore the different ways that stress can be managed both inside and outside the school setting.

Louise O’Leary, trained occupational therapist and Advocacy Manager with SPMHS, will present on the self-care aspect, while Debbie Van Tonder, trained cognitive psychotherapist and Programme Manager for SPMHS’ Dean Clinics and Adolescent Service, will discuss stress management.

Both presenters will then take questions from attendees.

There is no charge to attend, but registration is essential. The webinar is open to primary and secondary teachers and school staff.

The webinar will be held online, with a link to join being sent to attendees ahead of the scheduled time.
