Parent's Webinar: Helping children with coping strategies and anxious feelings

We were delighted to present a webinar designed to support parents in sustaining their children's emotional wellbeing.

Chief Executive Officer of St Patrick's Mental Health Services (SPMHS), Paul Gilligan presented on how parents can help their children to develop coping strategies.  

Meanwhile, Dr Colman Noctor, Child and Adolescent Psychotherapist at SPMHS, spoke about how parents can help their children deal with anxiety and how to better manage it.
