#MindYourSelfie is our annual social media campaign, which we host to encourage conversations around mental health.

What do you do to #MindYourSelfie?

Every year on #MindYourSelfie Day, we invite you to share your messages and content to promote positive mental health for everyone in the community.

We want as many people as possible to see and use #MindYourSelfie hashtag on social media so that, together, we can raise awareness about the importance of looking after our mental health.

#MindYourSelfie Day also marks the launch of a new wellbeing support, which, over the years, has included everything from nature workbooks, Wellness Journals and mindfulness colouring sheets to eBooks and classroom film guides. You can see all the #MindYourSelfie resources here.

#MindYourSelfie Day 2024 is taking place on Monday, 22 January.

For this year’s campaign, we’re inviting you to join us on social media to share your messages, photos, and videos about the self-care tips that help you to #MindYourSelfie.

We’re also launching a brand new self-care timetable for primary school children to mark the day.
