#MindYourSelfie is an initiative that was developed by Walk in My Shoes, the mental health awareness and education campaign of St. Patrick’s Mental Health Services. #MindYourSelfie consists of a series of downloadable mental health eBooks, which we launched via a successful social media campaign on April 8th, 2016. The campaign had a Twitter Reach of 2.6 million people and trended on Twitter for 48 hours.
#MindYourSelfie consists of 5 downloadable packs, with each one aimed at different target groups: Primary & Secondary school, Colleges, Workplaces and Communities. Each pack provides support and information, the dos and don’ts of mental health, along with definitions and signs to look out for.
This year we are delighted to announce, Walk in My Shoes is launching #MindYourSelfie Resource Packs for schools. The packs contain 5 activities for teachers to use in the classroom and will be available here, on www.walkinmyshoes.ie. The packs include ‘Mindfulness Audio Clips’ and downloadable activity sheets.
Available for download on Tuesday 28th March, 2017.
