What you can do to help

Organise an event

  • Get everyone in your School, College, University or work place to wear shoes they would not normally wear ….Wellies with your Uniform!…Sandals with your Suit….Slippers to your Lecture….the options are endless! & ask them to donate just €2 to support mental health services for young adults
  • Organise a walk with your friends or work mates in funky shoes!
  • Organise a collection and ask everyone to donate their €2 in support of Young Adults Suffering from Mental Health problems across Ireland.
